Randall Realty Advisors (“RRA”) operates two divisions; Principal assignments and Brokerage.
PRINCIPAL: Principal assignments involve buyer representative agreements where RRA sources specific properties on behalf of a client, acting as a Principal and negotiating on behalf of the client. RRA may or may not be a partner in these transactions.
BROKERAGE: Brokerage assignments involve traditional third-party assignments where RRA acts as the exclusive agent for the seller.

Mr. Randall has over thirty-four years of real estate investment experience. Prior to owning his own firm he spent twenty-seven years with Grubb & Ellis Company in Southern California. Prior to accepting a position with Grubb & Ellis Company, Mr. Randall was the sales manager and head of acquisitions for Investment Brokers, Inc., a multiple office real estate agency. As a real estate professional, he has represented some of the West Coast’s largest property owners in the acquisition and disposition of their major investment properties, such as: AEW Capital Management, Archon Group, AMB Property Corporation, Bank of America, Bedford Property Investors, Citibank, Estate of James Campbell, CalSTRS, CalPERS, Donald Bren, Mitsui Real Estate, Samsung, The Irvine Company, Triple Net Properties, Heitman Properties, Principal Global Investors, RREEF, Transamerica Realty, UBS Realty Investors, and Washington Water & Power Co.
While at Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Randall was recognized in numerous ways, such as; the number one investment broker nationally for all of Grubb & Ellis in multiple years; the first recipient of the prestigious President’s Award from the Institutional Investment Group for overall outstanding client service; top overall producer for the Orange County region; and top overall producer for the local office for multiple years.
PAUL M. MEADE, MAI – Financial Consultant

Mr. Meade has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began his career as an appraiser with Diversified Realty Appraisal, a Newport Beach appraisal firm. Mr. Meade has been a financial analyst and due diligence consultant with the investment team headed by Michael Randall for over 10 years.
In addition to his previous appraisal career, Mr. Meade has also provided consulting services such as feasibility studies, market analyses, lease arbitration, discounted cash flow analyses, investment analyses and property tax consulting. Examples of assignments include the world-renowned 2 Rodeo retail center in Beverly Hills, TRW’s Space Park aerospace facility with over 3,000,000 square feet of mixed-use product in Manhattan Beach and a 3,000-acre portion of the O’Neil Ranch in south Orange County. A sample of clients includes AMB Institutional Advisors, The Irvine Company, Prudential Insurance Co., Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co., Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co., AT&T Investment Management Corp. and Heitman Advisory Corp.
Mr. Meade is an MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) and a senior financial analyst for a major brokerage firm. He is also the financial analyst/consultant for RRA.
